The fund belongs to the workforce.

This website is the resistance fund of the #EnfadadosconAirbus movement: a common pot that pays for what the mobilisation needs and that stays open, as a permanent fund, to support the workforce in the disputes and negotiations the assembly decides. Its first outlay financed the mobilisation; the fund is not closed when it ends.

The fund is run by the Strike Committee and Logistics working groups, drawn from the workforce itself, under collective control and public accountability. Its legal ownership —the entity providing the tax ID, the account and signing the legal texts— is held by Sindicato Útil, acting as the fund's legal and fiscal vehicle. That role does not make it the owner of the fund: the money is earmarked and the decisions belong to the workforce.

This site does not represent Airbus or speak in its name, nor is it the general channel of any trade union: it is the movement's financial tool.

The fund's independence is not a statement, it is rules:

• •From the moment it arrives, the money belongs 100% to Sindicato Útil and sits in a separate account in its name; no individual —officer, delegate, member or volunteer— owns it personally, and no private accounts are used.
• •Every payment requires the joint signature of the Presidency and the Treasury and is backed by an invoice, receipt or supporting document. Anyone with a personal interest in an expense abstains from authorising it.
• •The Treasury and the assemblies' logistics group jointly keep the record of income and expenses, review the balances periodically and preserve the supporting documents.
• •The use of the money is decided by the competent assembly —the assembly of striking Airbus España workers— with majority backing of the workforce, counted by individuals and not by union representation. Between disputes, the fund is frozen except for account fees.

The holding union provides the legal cover; the voice and the control remain with the workforce.

The fund is independent of the company and of any particular trade union. The holding union provides the legal and fiscal vehicle; it does not run the fund and does not own it. The #EnfadadosconAirbus movement belongs to the workforce and aims to remain its voice in potential future disputes and negotiations.

Third-party trademarks and names that appear are used only to identify the actors in the dispute, with no intent to create confusion about the origin of this site.

These rules set out what the fund's money is used for. The competent assembly approves them and only it can amend them.

The money goes to expenses directly related to the mobilisation: production of campaign material and posters (including the T-shirts), transport and travel to the marches, hire of equipment —such as the truck with a PA system for the march on the Ministries on 12 September 2026—, communication and outreach, professional services and logistics, and the account's fees and upkeep. Personal expenses or any unrelated to union activity may not be charged.

Every expense is accounted for before the assembly and published with its date, traceable to real transactions and backed by its supporting document. When a different organisation fronts an expense of the mobilisation, the competent assembly approves it before it is charged to the fund.

At the end of each mobilisation the fund is neither closed nor is the surplus shared out: the remainder stays in the fund, available for future mobilisations of the Airbus España workforce linked to labour disputes and their collective bargaining. Sindicato Útil cannot use that remainder without the authorisation of the competent assembly; between disputes the money is frozen, and only the competent assembly may decide to close the fund and the final destination of the remainder.

The project minimises personal data. Contributors may choose not to appear publicly. Information about those who request or receive aid is always private: it is not published, and only the working groups handle it to resolve the request.
